At local events including the Victorian Fair in September and trick-or-treating on Main Street on Halloween, as well as at campaign events and around town leading up to and including Election Day on November 7, I asked Melrose residents, business owners, and local employees why they supported my campaign. For pictures through Halloween, I included these local endorsements as a sponsored post on Facebook, hoping to make one last push to reach Melrose voters! This was a fun way to engage folks but also learn about their priorities for the community.
