What’s Next for Downtown Lynn? | 2012-2014

I led MAPC’s work in Downtown Lynn, Massachusetts from November 2012-May 2014. This project was the largest single-municipality planning project funded by the MetroBoston Consortium for Sustainable Communities, a grant from the Obama Administration’s Sustainable Communities program, and was supplemented by a match from MAPC. Along with Lexington Planning Board Chair Richard Canale and Minute Man National Historical Park Chief of Planning and Communications Lou Sideris, I led this 4.5 hour mobile workshop of the Battle Road Scenic Byway through Arlington, Lexington, Lincoln, and Concord during the American Planning Association National Planning Conference in Boston on April 10, 2011. I prepared the mobile workshop proposal and coordinated the itinerary and script for the session, which was attended by 30 participants.
